Our affiliate company, Real Property Management Group, Inc. (RPMG), manages manage more than 230 properties in the Atlanta metro area and offers property management fees well below the market rate.

RPMG charges 1/3 of one month’s rent as a leasing fee to secure a qualified renter. RPMG’s monthly management fees are 7% of the rent collected. An advertising fee is charges for vacant properties to property market them. This fee ranges between $60 and $120 per month depending on the number of vacancies and marketing put in place.
